30-Day Return Policy

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

Refunds for EU Customers
We will reimburse you for all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs for express or special delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
